Refund policy

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase from HausOfGrey.com. Product must be in original, unwashed and unworn condition with all original tags attached. You have the option of receiving a refund in the same form as the original payment, exchanging your item, or receiving store credit in the form of a gift card for a future purchase.

Please note that the return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer and non-refundable. Your refund will include the cost of the item(s) and tax only, unless otherwise specified by Haus of Grey customer service.

All items marked “All Sales Final” or purchased during Warehaus Sales, Sample Sales, or other promotional events cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.

Please note we only accept returns that were purchased via hausofgrey.com. Items purchased from other websites or retailers, must be processed from where they were originally purchased.

Refund, Exchange or Store Credit?
Haus of Grey will send you an RA for you to place in the return shipment. Once we receive your return shipment, we will refund your purchase or issue store credit if you choose.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

We cannot guarantee that inventory will be available when attempting to exchange your hausofgrey.com order, so we recommend placing a new order for the replacement item and returning the exchanging item. Please see the Return Process above on how to issue the return. Please make sure to include the new order # on the RA to process your exchange.
